How to accept calls from Call Blasting:

  
  1. To accept the call press #1 - You will be immediately connected to the caller.

  2. Call party not available press #2 - This will keep the caller continuing to hold until the voicemail picks up. (You can set the maximum numbers of seconds the caller will hold on your Call Blasting page).

  3. Send a pre-recorded message press #3 - This will ask you to please enter the pre-recorded message number. You will have these following pre-recorded options to send to your callers:

    1. The person you are trying to reach is currently on the phone with another caller. You may call back later or stay on the line to leave a message. To leave a message press 1.

    2. The person you are trying to reach is currently in an important meeting. You may try your call again later or stay on the line to leave a message. To leave a message press 1.

    3. The person you are trying to reach is currently occupied. You may call back later or stay on the line to leave a message. To leave a message press 1.

    4. The person you are trying to reach is out of the office. Please leave a message after the tone. To leave a message press 1.

    5. Were sorry, the person you are trying to reach could not be located. Please leave a message after the tone. To leave a message press 1.

    6. The person you are trying to reach will be available in 15 minutes. You may call back then or stay on the line to leave a message. To leave a message press 1.

    7. The person you are trying to reach will be available in 30 minutes. You may call back then or stay on the line to leave a message. To leave a message press 1.

    8. The person you are trying to reach will be available in 1 hour. You may call back then or stay on the line to leave a message. To leave a message press 1.

    9. We are sorry your party is currently unavailable. Please call back at a later time. To leave a message press 1.

  4. To send a quick answer press #4 - This will ask you, at the tone to please record a private message you want delivered to the caller. When you have finished recording your message you can press the # key or simply hang up.
