Leviton has formally joined the company as chief financial officer. Leviton brings with him over 20 years of
financial, managerial and operations experience to his position. As CFO, Leviton will oversee all aspects of
financial and administration operations for the company, and will be integral
to the rollout of the company’s recently announced WildMAP™ technology.

Leviton has financed nearly $1 billion dollars. His experience in negotiating deals, mergers and acquisitions,
including roll up models, international transactions and strategic planning,
will be useful in assisting Wildgate Wireless to grow and execute its business
plan. His significant technology
managerial experience in more than 20 Internet companies spanning a vast array
of industries, including wireless communications, bandwidth and broadband,
streaming video, optical scanning and media/advertising tracking, will be of
obvious benefit to the company.
Prior
to Wildgate, Leviton served as CFO of CyberDot, Inc. for which he currently
sits on the board of directors, vice president for Love Funding Corporation,
and CEO of Erikson Leviton & Associates. In all companies, he was instrumental in
developing new business opportunities in B2B and B2C.
Leviton is a founder of a company that has
developed and patented technology enabling companies to track web usage on the
Internet from print advertisements. In
addition, he is a co-founder of a breakthrough Internet company, which is
building a web cam delivery site unique to the Internet.
As a co-founder of Erikson Leviton & Associates, a financial
services company that in three years produced $150 million in sales, Leviton
was responsible for the corporation’s establishment, structure, and operation.
Leviton holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois, and an M.B.A. from
Pepperdine University. He is active in
several charitable organizations, and is a Secretary and Officer of The
Guardians, a 2200 member organization focusing on fundraising for the Jewish
Homes for the Aging. In the early
1990s, he designed a 150 room SRO (single room occupancy apartments) assisting
homeless people obtain housing in downtown Los Angeles.
