(Culver City, California – August 30, 2000) DSI Technology CEO, Louis M. Crain, announced today that the board of directors has approved a corporate name change, from DSI Technology to Wildgate Wireless. This announcement follows the recent unveiling of the company’s WildMAP™, proprietary technology that integrates advanced telephony services, the Internet and wireless communications. “DSI was a great paging company. But, Wildgate Wireless goes so much further. It is imperative that all of our audiences associate our corporate name with the technology (WildMAP™) that we have developed. The name Wildgate Wireless does just that. It is really symbolic of the exciting, consumer oriented, unifying technology that we are about to unveil,” Crain stated.
The name change will be effective
immediately.
